How did it get to be December already? I'm stitching like crazy on the ANPT design I mentioned last month. The figures and larger words are NOT STITCHED. Instead, the fabric is allowd to show through. This is called ASISSI work. And here's your peek:

I did a couple of shows to sell my children's books, and they went very well - and I have 2 readings booked for January already, woo hoo! The last one I did, at a larger library, was quite well attended, and the best one so far. The woman who leads it sings with the kids, and I am blatantly stealing "If you want to read a story, clap your hands", and I told her so, LOL. I may have to write a goodbye song (I'm working on one to the tune of Old McDonald Had A Farm - Now it's time to say goodby, soon we have to go...).
