OOPS!  In the first print run of this chart, the HEEL graph
(on the back cover) is missing 4 rows at the top!  If your chart
has an asterisk after the stock number (B-215*) then it has been
corrected.  If not, that graph has 6 missing rows below the heel,
so please contact us to receive a FIX graph.
